Community engagement
Fundación Fibra Educa A.C. was established as the social component of the Trust, with the purpose of generating a plausible impact on the members that make up society. From this, we focus on providing more and better educational opportunities to socially and economically disadvantaged sectors, which do not have access to high school and/or university education, so we guarantee a substantial improvement in the academic level of the beneficiaries and their communities.
We established the following criteria for the allocation of scholarships, in order to benefit the most vulnerable population:

Established in 2021, the Fibra Educa Foundation is a fundamental part of Fibra Educa's social impact initiatives. In collaboration with some of its tenants, who are operators of educational services, the Foundation offers young people educational scholarships for the upper secondary and higher levels.
These scholarships are preferentially aimed at women and those in situations of economic vulnerability, as well as young people interested in a variety of careers, with a particular focus on the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and Health Sciences areas.

The academic scholarships are complemented by a scholarship to study English online. This not only improves the language skills of the interns, but also expands their opportunities in the globalized world of work and improves their income prospects.
Since its inception, the Fibra Educa Foundation has helped many young people thrive and develop their full potential. The Foundation seeks to help young people achieve academic and professional success. By investing in the education of new generations, a more equitable future is being built for all.
