Sustainable model

Stakeholders:

To assure the transparency of our actions, and achieve the expectations in every moment, we’re in a continuous communication with our stakeholders.

Below, is a breakdown of our stakeholders, with whom we interact on an ongoing basis:

Materiality and Sustainable Strategy

Sustainability is one of the central axes of our business model. We are aware that the decisions we make today impact the future, affecting not only us, but also today's society and future generations.

As the only Fibra in the country focused on educational buildings, it understands that its strategy allows thousands of young people to study in quality infrastructure, training them as leaders of tomorrow. This, in turn, contributes to Mexico's economic growth and development, improving governance, closing inequality gaps, and promoting equity.

Our materiality matrix identifies the most important issues for both our business and our stakeholders. This analysis allowed us to define 12 priority issues on which we focus our efforts, thus ensuring sustainable growth that meets the expectations of all our stakeholders.

Our sustainability strategy is based on the 12 material themes we identify in our materiality matrix. These issues are key to ensuring that our operations are responsible and aligned with the expectations of our stakeholders. Our goal is to implement concrete and measurable actions in each of these areas:

SDG contribution
