Occupational health and safety

As part of our commitment to the well-being of our employees, we offer safe workplaces that go beyond official health and safety regulations.

In addition to covering 100% of our employees through our occupational health and safety management system, we have established standardized procedures to identify risks and hazards associated with the work performed.

Wellness route

It is a tool in the digital platform “Cuéntame” aimed at stimulating the emotional health of all our collaborators, and mitigating work burnout through webinars, forums, articles, meditation sessions and online therapy. It also includes an initial assessment of the level of stress and offers various strategies to reduce or manage it effectively in the workplace.
